M-Safe

The M-SAFE guardrail is a simple and cost-effective solution for terraces that are not accessible to the public.

It is fixed inside or outside the parapet. For offset mounting, we offer a wall-mounted base plate with offset up to 80 mm.

MD Guardrail for concrete roof slab to be sealed

The M-SAFE guardrail for concrete roof slab to be sealed is fixed to an isolated slab using the waterproofing system through its D-Post. Available in three standard heights (300, 400 and 500 mm), they comply with DTU 43.1, the waterproofing regulations for terraces.

The M-SAFE guardrail under covering fixture with Z-shaped base allows the conformity of terraces inaccessible to the public in the case of a parapet with a wall cover with or without insulation. It is fixed to the top of the parapet and thus preserves the watertightness of the complex.

It is fixed on the inside or outside of the parapet. In the case of a cornice-type offset, we offer the wall-mounted base with offset up to 80 mm.

The M-SAFE aluminium guardrail fixed on metal deck to be sealed allows the adaptation of terraces that are inaccessible to the public. It is fixed to the roof through the waterproofing system using the BE-POST

MM Aluminium railing with fixing on dry sheet metal roofing

The M-SAFE aluminium railing with fixing on dry sheet metal roofing allows the adaptation of inaccessible metal terraces for public use. It is fixed directly onto the sheet metal with a minimum thickness of 40/100, thus avoiding any cutting or repair of the waterproofing. It adapts to corrugations between 100 and 500 mm in any direction of the sheet.

MF Self-supporting aluminum railing

The M-SAFE freestanding guardrail is the solution to comply with technical roofing regulations when fixing is impossible. It avoids any drilling intervention. According to the NF E 85-015:2019 standard, the freestanding guardrail is not suitable for new construction, renovation and waterproofing work, or when mechanical fixing is possible. The freestanding system can be installed on terraces with a maximum slope of 15º (or 10º parallel to the longitudinal axis of the handrail).
